M A G O is an Architecture studio based in Buenos Aires and Barcelona directed by Manuel Garcia Olivares and supported by a valuable team of collaborators.
“A badly executed good idea ends up being a bad idea.”
Mago’s work is distinguished by an indissoluble relationship between design and execution.
Understanding Architecture as the Representation of the construction, it produces a true and noble architecture; clear reading and complex emotions, combining structural rigor, discipline and disobedience.
The office is working on projects in Argentina and abroad, ranging from residential projects to public buildings.
MANUEL GARCIA OLIVARES is Architect graduated with honours from the University of Architecture & Urbanism of La Plata (UNLP, 2009) and Máster in Theory of Architectural Project from the University of Barcelona. (UPC, 2011).
